- Open the Chooser from the Apple menu.
- Click on the AppleShare icon on the left portion of the window
to display a list of networked computers on the right.
- Double-click on a listed file server or click on the Server IP
Address... button and type in the server name.
- You will be asked for a name and password or you may be able to
connect as a guest.
- Once you connect you need to specify a shared item on that computer
and then an icon should appear on your desktop, just like any other file or
folder on your computer.
- When you are done using the shared item, drag it to the Trash.
